THE GRIEF WELL

The Grief Well aims to create safe and accessible spaces for people to bring grief out of the shadows, share their sorrow in a circle of compassionate community to be witnessed and normalized. Through this coming together, we are given the opportunity to turn toward and remember our common human experience.

The more we engage with grief and bring it into presence, the more it has the space to change within us, ebbing and flowing like the waves.  We learn how to ride the current as we feel more resourced and normalized in our experience within ourselves and in community.

COMMUNITY GRIEF-TENDING

A Compassionate Community Initiative from The Grief Well

THE GRIEF WELL

Grief Gatherings

A monthly invitation to gather together in community to tend and be tended, to remember what it is to be human.

Join Tracy Chalmers, end-of-life doula and co-founder of The Grief Well, for an evening of exploring grief together. This 90-minute gathering will serve as a container to explore and share grief in community through poetry, prompts, ritual, sharing, witnessing, and silence. All grief is welcome — past, present, and future — death and non-death grief.
